I moved over to laptops years ago as a power saving measure.
Now more than ever it's important to try to balance cost of electrical equipment and the power they use.
I have one laptop running 24/7.

Was in town doing some stuff, dropped into work on the way home and spotted a Gamecube controller (black) in a box of stuff out back.
Really good condition so I bought it :]
[CUSA31967] Syphon Filter Update v1.01
This is SDK 9.50, has been backported to 5.05 - 9.00.
Apparently the game is bin/cue inside so this could lead to other games being ported using the emu :)
[CUSA31345] The Quarry Update v1.04 backported
Apparently the update for this game is only days old. Good times.
Spoiler warning:
:lol
I like this pc part picker site. Here's something I put together just now.

The HDD is SMR, which is better off avoided. The 6600 XT is around the same price and is better on average. You definitely don't need an 850W PSU for the 3050 or the 6600 XT.

I'd stick to the 3060 ti at a minimum or go for something from AMD. The 3050 is a low end card with a ridiculous price.

Here's my latest build. I'm getting inspired between here and a couple other boards I'm posting in. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/bMvdd9
Honestly, when it comes to mobo's, coolers and psu's, I feel like I could close my eyes and point at one, buy it and it'd be fine. Even after looking into them some, I still don't get the differences on them. :S
You'd need to find reviews that cover in-depth testing for PSUs. Another option is skimming over something like the list (compiled from review data) I linked and double checking if there have been problems with recent units. It depends on the manufacturer and/or OEM .
Edit: Meant to bold PSU. I'd skim over the MB list to narrow down candidates and check individual reviews and product pages from there. Sites usually have past coolers in their charts so checking any recent review of that should be sufficient aside from checking specific models.
