don't use http; use https. Chrome is absolutely fine - Firefox, on the other hand, is trash (core features haven't been updated in YEARS.)

So too, apparently, is Nintendo's evil QA team. it's a good thing this site removed the ROM/ISO downloads from the main site.
Not really. SNES9x is much more accurate, and is what I used to use before the entire Nintendo debacle hit HARD. ^^
you'll also need the latest version of WinRAR to help out with the unextraction. It has a few tools that 7zip benefits from (but does not come with out of the box; mainly just for RAR-5 support.)

Try rebooting, as well - sometimes that'll do the trick.
Don't know if this'll help out in the future, but try updating both 7-Zip & WinRAR. If you do not have one of those, get 'em.
Try the following keybinds, maybe one of these will work: ctrl+enter

could always try MednaFen, too (I DO NOT RECOMMEND the RetroArch port, Beetle, as it's a headache & a half to even get that set up properly (or even if AT ALL!))
the reamke's gonna be easier to run, which is NOT blurry on 1080p.
better off with 16GB@1600MHz for DDR3 RAM. If you can get higher clocked RAM for cheaper, do so; don't OC (overclock) it unless you know what risks you're going against. never disable the pagefile,...
if you don't have 7Zip I highly recommend to get it. alongside WinRAR (get the latest BETA version of that!!!) those will open up pretty much any 7z/RAR/zip archive.
EA used to be a good company.
Nowadays? Holy [EXPLETIVES].
Each game saves to the memory card (usually found in Slot 1; some games can save to either slot though.) Just one format is required to make the card read/write-able for all the games you'd ever want...
It's what it is.
Mobile APU's aren't strong enough to run PS1 games, unfortunately.
by mobile, I do include Laptops.
Yeah, it is. Besides, NTSC is faster (63 fps vs 50-something.93)
None.
We can't upload or discuss about this at ALL due to it being in restricted uploads.
Delete the Fusion.ini from the emulator folder and try again.
Ryzen (Ryzen 5 1400x or better; Ryzen 3 will not do!), 8gb of ddr4-3000MHz Ram + any AMD RX-series GPU will do quite well, too.
I can't even help you as this/these game/games is/are on the restricted uploads.
*Anything Mario (reason: Nintendo DMCA)
exclusive to N64.
clear your browsers' cache & try again.
Make sure both 7Zip AND WinRar are up to date, as both those programs are pretty much required to open most binaries (7Zip can't process RAR-5 algorithms, nor can WinRAR process certain ZIP/RAR...
