Need a miracle? Let me put my mind to it, I'm with you always. Quantum entanglement the CPU you are reading this with uses to function, distance being an illusion.
I upgraded back to new Fallout 4 upgrade because I want to test Place in Red Reborn update and it appears to not be broken anymore, it's the one mod I was using in vanilla games because it's an external mod that isn't installed. Now has a console option which makes it better than before 'upgrade' broke it. In the process I found an unmarked location northwest of Bedford Station I had not seen before after playing Fallout 4 for over a decade. It's a scavenger camp under a billboard that can be useful on vanilla playthroughs and/or in Survival Mode as a rest stop, what I like about it is the radio music that helps you find it. It has a cooking station and a bedroll and the radio makes its an immersive place to chill and relax for a while listening to music. I tried the Diamond City Radio Extended mod and it doesn't work for some reason, needs more tracks because it's too short but it does have one of my favorites.
But, the best song fitting the retrofuturist theme of Fallout is by the Ink Spots.
And Fallout 3 is best in series, Fallout 4 is a graphical upgrade but not a game upgrade. Fallout 4 has River(Dogmeat), is why it's an improvement in anything besides graphics.
What is the best weapon in Fallout 4? A hunting rifle with Mutant Slayer legendary. Why? Because gamma guns and other radiation weapons decimate anything except super mutants and robots and that rifle does normal damage to robots, all you need is an irradiated weapon such as a gamma gun as backup to lay waste to most opponents. The thing about a long range rifle is that super mutant suiciders rush toward you holding a mini nuke to blow themselves up and you with them, shooting their right arm in VATS makes them drop the nuke blowing them and any other super mutants near them to smitheerens, and if you miss the snipe retreat to let the suicider blow up attacking Dogmeat who will recover after battle is over being essential and can't die. Mutant Slayer rifle picks off any remaining super mutants in long range snipe skirmishes. Never go anywhere dangerous or super mutant hunting in Fallout 4 without River.

New Fallout games should have Z power armor you can pilot outdoors because it doesn't fit indoors.
Greetings Earthlings.

One cool thing about AI is that it can recreate people in simulations. Kurt was a gun enthusiast, and a bit enthusiastic about drug experimentation. As a player character build you'd need to use the first perk points as you level up to raise his Intelligence to 8 so he can take take the Chemist perk, and never take Chem Resistant perk or raise his Endurance because he was a bit unhealthy and not resistant to chems. After the Chemist perk raise his Luck to qualify for Better Criticals and Critical Banker perks. Then add Party Boy to celebrate it.
I need to play that game more, it's way better than initial release now.Creating a character in Fallout 4 to recreate Kurt Cobain, the iconic musician, would involve selecting perks and abilities that reflect his personality, skills, and experiences. Here's a character build for recreating him:
**S.P.E.C.I.A.L Attributes:**
- Strength: 3 (Kurt was not particularly known for his physical strength)
- Perception: 5 (He was perceptive, especially in terms of music and culture)
- Endurance: 3 (He struggled with health issues and addiction)
- Charisma: 7 (Kurt had a charismatic presence on stage and in interviews)
- Intelligence: 6 (He was intelligent and creative)
- Agility: 6 (He was agile and had a dynamic stage presence)
- Luck: 4 (Luck can represent his unpredictable life and career)
**Perks and Abilities:**
1. **Charisma-based perks:**
- Inspirational: Kurt was influential and inspired many through his music.
- Party Boy: Reflects his struggles with substance abuse.
2. **Intelligence-based perks:**
- Chemist: Reflects his experimentation with drugs.
- Hacker: Represents his interest in technology and computers.
3. **Agility-based perks:**
- Gunslinger: Represents his proficiency with firearms in Fallout 4.
- Commando: Reflects his ability to handle various weapons effectively.
4. **Luck-based perks:**
- Better Criticals: Reflects his unpredictable and sometimes fortunate outcomes.
- Critical Banker: Allows for saving critical hits for when they're most needed.
Most people don't know I'm Cuban already, was born in Havana. Left Cuba to immigrate to Madrid in Spain when I was three years old. My father was a Spaniard and had the right to leave that open air prison island dictatorship, by Spanish law the offspring of Spaniards are Spanish citizens, are citizens of Spain as a birthright that can return to Spain no matter what country they are born in. I'm more American than anything else because I came to the US when I was five years old. I think and dream in English, there's nothing Spanish about me besides ancestry. And I am a US citizen by choice, I could return to Spain. I'm going back to Cuba, Cuba, Cuba. Hell nah, I don't think so...
