    Who's going to see this? I think it looks badass, and will probably see it just for that reason. It doesn't look overly scary, though, which is good - I don't like movies that try to be overly scary.

    Yep. I also thing that the killer looks sweet - they show a very brief shot of him in one of the trailers. What do you guys think of it? Worth seeing? Yes? No?

    This has the potential to be either
    a) Better than the original because it has money, or
    b) Worse than the original because it has more money.

    I doubt it will have the same edge as the original, and it hasn't been filmed with the grainy documentary-style of the original. Still it might be good, so I do intend to check it out.

    i've never seeing the original,but i'm jumping up and down on my seat after reading the movie title

    The thing is that I'm not expecting too much. It's a slasher movie, and those never get good reviews. Take a look at the shit Ebert wrote up about it.

    However, the fact that it's TCM means a bit, and for sure it looks interesting. It won't be anything award winning, and will probably flop out after a while, but it'll be an interesting watch.
