Default PSX-Realm, is closed For Good Now.

Just thought I'd let you all know.
GBK closed it 2 days ago, for good.
    I contacted him at .S1-2J:.

    RIP PSX REALM

More and more DC++ hubs are dying now, I guess DC++'s is dying too.

Long live Romster (and it's 10 regular users/ops)

I tried DC++ for awhile and got off. Once I get highspeed I'l support ya Cookie with my massive onslaught of PSX ISO's and romz.

Eh that's what I figured he'd do anyway after he got the NTSC-U collection up over there. The reason being prolly he says he has over half the PAL games and hes the only one putting letters up. So they just torrent the games on UG for him to get. I guess its better than worrying about to places of bandwith dling at hte same time.

Yea Romster's a great little hub. It was a lot better when Sane wasn't a PSU whore. His share of Saturn/DC ISO's is great.
(That's where I got most of my games from, not including EP/UG)

I want to try DC++, but that minimum upload limit effectively tells us low-bandwidth users to go fuck ourselves.
As I was walking down the stair,
    I met a man who wasn't there.
    He wasn't there again today.
    I wish, I wish he'd go away.

There's no minimum upload limit, the majority of hubs let dial up users get in, usually with a limitation in the number of hubs they can be connected at the same time or the max number of slots open.

I concur. Try upping and downing at the same time and watch your ETA pwn you. Not to metion a staying connected issue with the client if your connection disconnects you have to manually reconnect the hub. yeah, try leaving it on all day only to come home in the evening to find out that it disconnected 6 minutes after you left. That kills.

Shoot, I just found out today that it's closed.
Too bad, PSX REALM was the only good source on DC++ for rare PSX isos.

Well looks like I'm banned there

    "User Name Does Not Exist"

That's what I get for downloading 18MB and uploading 0MB.
