    Default Trade guide

Since I have seen some trading problems lately I decided to make this thread.
how do i trade NE way
i dont no how to trade is wat i meant do u hav msn
How do I set up a decent trade??
There are many forms to make a trade. Heres a list of all trade options:

    - Bittorent

    - FTP

    - AIM

    - ICQ

    - Direct connect

    - YouSendit

    - WWW File Sharing

IF YOU WANT TO DOWNLOAD ONE OF THESE SIMPLY GOOGLE THEM.

    Bittorent.
Bittorent is a very easy to use p2p program wich you can simply use for a trade. If you dont know what Bittorent is or you have no idea how to use it click here

    FTP
If you have no idea what a FTP means or what it is simply click here for a little guide so you know the basics.
Trading by FTP is one of the most fastest and best way. Although one of the traders must have a FTP. I think this is one of the best ways to make a trade since you can simply set your FTP online and put the game in your FTP folder, instead of making a whole new .torrent file or something like that.

There are many freeware clients to make your own FTP heres a list:

    - Bulletproof
    - Guild FTP
    - Serv-U ( no freeware. But in my opinion the best ! )

There are more clients but I think these are the best.

    To make a FTP:

If you have no router click here

If you have a router click here

If you have problems with port forwarding click here

    AIM:

Trading a rom or ISO with an Instant messenger is possible not it aint very good. You can use IRC for example. Dont know what IRC is?? Hit this.
IRC is pretty good since it has a resume download option. Trading by MSN goes slow and MSN doesnt have a resume option so its not recommended.

Just a quick guide for AIM:

First hit the Add buddy Icon (see pic below) to add the person with who your trading to your list. You'll be asked to enter his nickname, do so excactly as it is, lower and upper cases etc.
Now wait till the person is online and rightclick on his name, then just choose
    Send File.

Get AIM here if you want to use it.

    ICQ:
It's simple. When you install ICQ, the program asks you to register at a server, which is connected to a broad network of servers spanning the Internet. At the time of registration, you receive a unique ICQ number. In addition, ICQ gives you the option of entering personal information along with your ICQ#. This allows other ICQ users to recognize you when you log on. Once you've registered, you can compile a selected list of friends and contacts.

Meanwhile, ICQ waits quietly in the background without interrupting any other applications in use. As soon as you log onto the Internet, ICQ automatically detects the Internet connection, announces your presence to the Internet community and alerts you when friends sign on or off.

For sending files on ICQ, first of all you need to add the trader's ICQ number (UIN) to your Contact List. Do so by finding or asking his number and, on ICQ Advanced mode, click on the "Add" button at the bottom of the window to Add him to your list. It may be required that the other guy authorize you before you can add him to your list, and on this case you shall wait for his authorization.
After his name is on your list of contacts, for starting sending the file you left-click his name and select:
    Send/Get File => Send File

    Get it here

    Direct Connect (DC):
    Simply click here

    WWW File Sharing
WWW File Share Pro is a small HTTP server that can help you share files with your friends. They can download files from your computer or upload files from theirs. Simply specify a directory for downloads and a directory for uploads. Your friends can download/upload files via browser (IE/Netscape/Opera). They will not be required to install this software or any other software because an Internet browser is enough. Version 2.72 fixes a bug that makes the connections listbox flash; fixed a bug with files larger than 2 GB, and adds Ban IP function.

    Dowload it here

    Yousendit
Yousendit is a very easy to use and quick way to trade. No acount or anything needed for this powerful option. Simply hit the file you want to trade and post or pm the link. And it's free aswell !
Although this is very nice it has one negative point, the file you uploaded will be gone after 7 days.

    Added:
It seems that Firefox or Opera causes some download problems with yousendit. When you're downloading your file with Firefox it may give an error. So whenever downloading a file from Yousendit, do so with Internet Explorer.
    YouSendit

Having problems downloading/uploading files to YouSendIt?
Here's the solution. The YouSendIt-Get download manager.

If you have any comments or you know more trade options, please post it and Ill edit this guide.
