Did you upload the iso to YouSendIt.com? I need to test, friend.

Sorry, I thought I sent it but my comp crashed on me so I wasn't sure if it was sent successfully or not. I'll try again.

Hmm it's not sending the file for some reason. It took hours to finally finish sending and apparently there was an error loading the page, so I assume it didn't work.

Oh and here's the link from where I d/l...

Ok, nevermind. I think I may have figured out what the problem is and why the bios keeps resetting itself. I need a european bios for the emulator, does anyone know where I can get one?

I'm chekcing out the ISO as we speak. I don't think you need any other BIOS files other than the two you already should have:

    dc_bios.bin
    dc_flash.bin

Well, unless there is something wrong with the self-boot .cdi file, I think my bios is corrupted. I say this because it keeps asking me to enter the clock time which I heard is a sign of a corrupted bios.

Well, the ISO works for me. Make sure you have the .cdi mounted to the correct VIRTUAL drive in Daemon Tools. Also, configure which drive to run from in Chankast_Alpha_25. That is, go to Options > Configure Drive

Just incase you have corrupt BIOS, here are the correct ones:

    Sega Dreamcast BIOS

Alright thanks. Yeah, I think the bios was corrupted. But now i'm facing a new problem. When I start up Chankast and the blue swirl comes up, then the ADX logo comes up afterwards, but then the emulator stops responding and closes. What's the problem now?

I thought the ISO was corrupt when this happened. When the game pauses for a moment, just DON'T DO ANYTHING (no clicking) and it should eventually run smoothly. If this is not the case, is there an error message that pops up?

Nope, no error message. I didn't click or anything, and the same thing keeps happening. I've tried several times now. =(

It looks like there is something wrong with the file, but if it's working for you then I guess that's not the case...

Try setting the Priority to Normal and using these plugins:

I don't know what else could possibly be wrong.

Yay! It finally worked. Thank you very much!

The only downside now is that it's lagging a lot but hopefully that won't be too big of a problem.

Try Alt + Ctrl + Del and end RAM hogging processes. Only have Chankast open. This should reduce lagging.
