Hmm... i've tried nearly everything, but the game still keeps lagging horribly. It must be my system though.

Yeah, CPU should at least be 1.7GHz. Should have more than 256MB RAM, too.

My CPU has 2.01 GHz and 248MB RAM. I guess that's the problem.

Just incase you have corrupt BIOS, here are the correct ones:

    Sega Dreamcast BIOS
    Thank you.

Alrighty, this seems like the proper thread to ask. How can I get memcards/(VMU?) to work? All I changed from the default settings was the CD plugin (didn't work with the ASPI one) Anyhow, the game (Powerstone) loads nicely, but then it says I don't have enough free slots. How do I go about fixing this?

You must obtain a VMU emulator. Here are two of the most used:

    SoftVMS
    DirectVMS

Thanks, but this isn't what I was thinking about. This thing's used to emulate that LCD display on the controller, isn't it? I was asking how I could make it possible to save the game's data (unlocked characters, levels, where I'm at in an adventure game, etc.) to a memcard. It says I don't have enough memory blocks to save, so I'm guessing I haven't set that up properly.

OHHHHH! Well, when this happens, you usually get a message about initializing the mem card.

To initialize the memory card, load up the BIOS. Once you get to the main screen, go to File. Select the card you want to format (if there's more than one) then press left to highlight the "All" bubble. The cards have a red x under them, indicating that they are not initialized or are full. Select 'Delete all' in the 'All' bubble and select what color you want it to be. The red X will disappear.

Thanks, it works perfectly now! I was a bit scared at first because the language was set to Spanish in the bios. (Fixed that, and now I understand why the Shenmue 2 main menu was Spanish, too.)

Use a program called DiscJuggler to convert the file into a .cdi image.

Eh...as long as you have Alcohol 120%, you can just 'mount' the image with A120, and then set the default drive in Chankast as the virtual drive (Mine is G:...the letter varies)
