    Default running sega cd iso's on a normal sega mega cd

    hello

    I just downloaded a lunar 1 iso, it is just 10 mb though and is called: Lunar T01 Mode1 2048

    is this the right iso?? and if so, how do I change the bios in this iso to make in run on a pal sega mega cd??
