no. don't get it for DC as you'll need a fairly speedy pc. download the arcade rom of it and play it on winkawaks or some other arcade rom playing emulator.

yes, if actually wanting to play on a tv screen from a console. but if emulators are concerned, go with an arcade emulator instead of chankast (DC emu). most likely, you'll get better results and perfect performance with something like winkawaks
