you just need to configure where on your computer the bios is, so for example if it is in the bios folder for ePSXe which it should be you just have to go to config -> bios then click the select button and choose where the bios is stored

    For the very lazy godsmack66635

ePSXe starter pack includes bios and plugins even has a very small iso to play

make you atleast config the bios image and video plugin (no one but you can do this, the reason you are having issues is because you skipped setting ePSXe up due to you not having the support files at the time)

some of them may be corrupt some might have copy protection/anti modchip yes they come into effect even while emulating

maybe you found a couple of uncompatible games, it is an emulator not an actual playstation, can't say for those 2 games as I don't have them or intend to download and test

    but.....

what file format are the none working games and in what way do they not work????????????

More details are needed for me or anyone else to help you

they started out as a ccd and I have a program that can turn the ccd into a bin the program called unecm that I found on this site. The way they don't work is when I chose one of them the epsxe would go blank when I went to play it nothing came up the screen went blank

    you're doing it wrong.

unecm works on .ecm files. The .ccd is entirely different. It's index information. There should be a much larger file, hundreds of MB, that you should be able to run by Run ISO and selecting the .ccd file. The large file is the one that would be compressed with ecmtools.

ePSXe should be able to run .ISO .IMG .BIN, and maybe .MDS without doing anything special to the file.
