For Thrill Kill, you must use this graphics plugin. It's the only one that will show you the opening screen:

This link will help you determine which version of Thrill Kill you have:

This link shows you how to do ALL the moves including the kill moves.
    It even has pictures.

I'm the one who upped it. I haven't been able to get it to work in epsxe hopefully the plugin segnin linked to helps. It works fine in a real PSX though. The game is quite fun and shouldn't have been cancelled (damn EA). If you haven't tried it before you should check out Wu-Tang Shaolin Style it uses the Thrill Kill engine and adds some RPG elements for the single player game and it actually works in epsxe.

I got Thrill Kill a year ago from Emule.
When I tried it in ePSXe, all I got was a blank screen too, but if I kept pressing the buttons on my gamepad, eventually the game would start.
After fooling around with the settings on my graphics plugin to see if I could fix the problem, I gave up and started searching the Internet.

And that's when I found this:

Don't have that game, but my older hw-plugins have a special detection for the very first frame... maybe I will add that to the OGL2 as well (but since it's a small hack, I don't like that too much... we will see).

I don't know if you have the same copy of Thrill Kill that I have, but I did get my copy to work in ePSXe using that 1.74 gpu. And I played for more than the first round too.

    stomper,
My copy is also (if I remember correctly) ccd, cue. img. and sub.

ccd/cue/img/sub is just the format that CloneCD rips game images too.

You can play it in any emulator, and burn it to play on your PSX just like with the .iso, bin/cue, .nrg, and mds/mdf formats.

    They're all CD images.

It just runs in CVGS start to end without any problems, every screen shows aswell.

There are 0 settings to change in CVGS aswell to get the game running, it does just work .

Haven't tried CVGS yet, but I believe you.

And you guys should believe me, it also plays fine in ePSXe once you use the correct plug-in.

Hey thanks for that. I thought it was a lost cause to get my version to work.

Edit: Hey I just remembered that I have 2 other games that are only a black screen when I load them in ePSXE. The games are Gex 3 and Roadrash Jailbreak. (NTSC)

Would they work if I do the same thing as Thrill Kill?
