what ever file extraction program you use (7zip, winrar, ETC) just extract the first one and make sure all the other files are in the same folder and you'll get the iso

right click the file you dled and you should see 7-zip (considering you've already downloaded it) and from there extract files. Once the files are extracted you should still get the files but not yet as an iso/cso so right click and start the process up again. You should now have the iso of it.
