Isn't Phantasy Star Portable 2 already released in English? Perhaps you are referring to Phantasy Star Portable 2 Infinity.

PSP2 Infinity - "Phantasy Star Portable 2 Infinity (or PSP2∞) is a sequel for PSP2 released on 2/24/2011 in Japan. The game features a new muiltiplayer lobby, new storyline, a new race called Dumans, and the new weapons will take the total count to over 3,000. "

About the patch... I would love one but have not looked into it.

I ment to put infinity so I fixed it. It is the one I wanted to play but never could, been waiting forever for a story patch, people dont want to make one so I will just get the menu translations. Only problem is, I dont know how to install patches onto games.

And if your into it, I have been following ff type zero translation, it will be done by august according to the people doing that translation.

Might help if you linked the patch/s

But if this is for the PSP at a wild guess without seeing what files are in the patch, it is not really a patch file as such but a bunch of replacement files that you copy over using something like UMDGen

I will look for a patch also though brb

I done a bit of digging seems there was a project that was canceled a while back but can't find anything that was released from the project, sorry.

But if you do find a patch then ask how to patch it if you are not sure.
